I’ve got mixed experience with Wassail. Most of the really bad ones I’ve had were instant mixes people made for church activities and stuff. My wife’s family has a home recipe that is delicious and I love it. It’s become by far my favorite winter drink. I will say though that the hot Caramel Apple Cider at Starbucks is really tasty.
